Job DescriptionGraduate Recruiter and Programme Manager Global Investment Firm LondonOur clientOur client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Recruiter and Programme Manager to lead the delivery of early careers recruitment and development initiatives across its global offices. This role will play a pivotal part in attracting and developing top graduate talent for both investment and corporate functions.Key responsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end recruitment for internship and graduate programmes, including campaign strategy, university engagement, and assessment coordinationManage and execute global internship and graduate programmes, from onboarding to training, project rotations and performance managementAct as a key point of contact for interns and graduates, ensuring a high-quality candidate and employee experienceExperience requirements:Proven experience in early careers or graduate recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced financial or professional services environmentStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across global teamsComfortable using applicant tracking systems and recruitment data to optimise processes and improve candidate experienceDue to the high volume of applications, if you havent heard back from the team on this role, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
