Our expertise spans hormones, thyroid, dermatology, hair loss, and health & wellness, enabling us to deliver exceptional service and effective treatments.Role DescriptionAs Pharmacist Manager, you will:Lead and manage day-to-day operations across the pharmacy, laboratory, and dispatch teams.Collaborate with senior management to drive growth, enhance performance, and maintain the highest standards of care.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with regulatory standards, including development of SOPs, inspections, audits, and clinical governance.Optimise pharmacy processes to improve efficiency, quality, and patient safety.Assess and mitigate operational risks through regular reviews and updates.Lead and motivate the pharmacy, lab, and dispatch teams, fostering engagement, teamwork and a positive work culture.Support business growth through clinical insight, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.Respond to customer enquiries and work with the Customer Service Manager to enhance service and customer experience.Oversee recruitment, induction, and training of team members.Contribute to product development, including new formulations and troubleshooting.QualificationsGPhC registered Pharmacist with minimum 3 years experience.Proven leadership and people management experience with a focus on building high performing teams.Commercially focused with a drive for growth and continuous improvement.Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, ambitious, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care.High level of professional integrity.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Standard benefits package.
