Scrub Practitioner - Orthopaedic & Cosmetic Surgery Location: Harley Street area Salary: up to 55,000 Contract: Permanent position - Site Based only Schedule: Initially Mondays and Fridays, expanding to Monday-Saturday as clinic grows Role Overview We require an experienced Scrub Practitioner specialising in orthopaedic and cosmetic procedures for our clients premium day surgery unit serving discerning international and high net worth clients. Key Requirements Specialist experience required: Must be proficient in orthopaedic procedures Cosmetic surgery capability: Experience in cosmetic procedures essential Senior level experience: Several years post-registration (not suitable for junior staff) Independent operator: Must work autonomously without requiring extensive supervision Core Procedures Orthopaedic: ACL reconstruction Arthroscopies (knee procedures) Various joint procedures Cosmetic Surgery: Mini facelifts Liposuction procedures Breast replacement surgery Other day case aesthetic procedures Additional Duties PRP injection procedures Support with functional medicine treatments Potential for expanded nursing duties including IV cannulation and patient monitoring Adaptation to new procedures as clinic services expand Working Environment High-end facility with 5-star service standards International patient base with demanding expectations Fast-paced environment with same-day/next-day service requests Low volume, high-quality focus Opportunity for professional development across multiple specialties Essential Qualities Excellent technical skills with proven track record Professional demeanour appropriate for luxury healthcare setting Flexibility and willingness to learn new procedures Strong communication skills for international clientele Commitment to excellence and attention to detail This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
