The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.Duties of this role include:You develop and manage service delivery within your area of responsibility with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring effective deployment, utilisation and control of all resources, whilst providing a high quality, responsive, patient-focused service.You contribute to the strategic, operational and business development of the hospital.You ensure that high quality, responsive Diagnostic Imaging services are delivered to meet the needs of all customers and the business.You develop and maintain professional relationships with Radiologists ensuring clinical expertise matches the specialties of the Hospital and referring clinician needs, and ensure sessional use is maximised.You identify and recruit Radiologists in conjunction with the Senior Management Team (SMT), taking opportunities to widen the clinical expertise available in the departments.Applicants should meet the following criteria:Extensive experience working in an acute hospital setting in a Senior Radiographer post or equivalent.Previous experience within a Clinical Lead role.Experience of customer care, including interacting with challenging customers/patients and situations.A Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.Healthcare Professional Council (HCPC) registration.Management / supervisory experience within a multi-modality imaging department.Ability to analyse, interpret and make recommendations on data specific to the hospital to identify business development opportunities, change current practice, monitor and influence performance.Knowledge of the healthcare service sector and the systems and processes used.Strategic awareness with an ability to understand the commercial perspective of healthcare delivery.Recruitment and selection skills.Previous lead or managerial experience is essentialMRI clinical experience is desirable.Salary & BenefitsCircle Health Group is committed to offering competitive starting salaries and access to a wide range of employee benefits, including:25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with servicePrivate Pension SchemePrivate Healthcare Scheme for treatment at our hospitals, covering pre-existing medical conditionsFriends & Family Hospital DiscountsFamily Friendly policies, including enhanced Maternity, Paternity & Adoption payNon-contributory life insuranceStaff engagement hub with access to discounts and extensive rewards and voluntary benefitsAccess to resources, tools and services to support your wellbeingEmployee recognition programmesIndustry leading training and development opportunitiesand much more!Circle Health Group is committed to creating a diverse workforce offering inclusive opportunities for all our colleagues.
