Job Description Senior Corporate Immigration Solicitor – London We are working with a well-regarded City firm seeking an experienced Corporate Immigration Solicitor to join its expanding team. With a strong international client base spanning technology, finance, hospitality, media and professional services, the team advises employers on all aspects of business immigration and workforce mobility. This position offers a high level of responsibility, excellent quality of work, and a clear route for progression — ideal for someone looking to build on their existing profile in a supportive environment. The Role You will take a lead role in advising and managing key corporate clients, handling a range of complex matters including: - Sponsor licence applications, compliance and audits - Skilled Worker and Senior or Specialist Worker (Global Business Mobility) routes - Right to work and immigration risk management - Business restructures and immigration implications for workforces - Support with global mobility strategy for multinationals - Appeals and challenges where required - You will also play an important part in developing client relationships, leading presentations and contributing to the growth of the team.
