We are working with a North West London based UK immigration law firm offering a supportive team environment and flexible hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled UK Immigration Consultant to join their in-bound immigration team. The Role: As a UK Immigration Consultant, you will act as a key point of contact for corporate clients and individual assignees, delivering expert guidance across a range of UK immigration matters. You will manage a diverse caseload independently, with a focus on Sponsor Licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, and other UK in-bound immigration routes. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert UK immigration advice to clients and assignees, such as Sponsor Licence and Skilled Worker visa matters Manage a full caseload independently, ensuring timely and compliant processing of applications Prepare, review, and file UK immigration applications across multiple categories, including Spouse, Visit, and Citizenship applications Liaise directly with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors as needed Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems and ensure all casework complies with UK immigration regulations Stay informed on changes in immigration law and Home Office policies Support colleagues as needed with complex or urgent cases Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience handling UK immigration cases, especially; Sponsor Licence applications; Skilled Worker visas; Spouse and Visit visas; British Citizenship applications Excellent communication and client liaison skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong research skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Seniority levelSeniority level Associate Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Legal Industries Legal Services and Law Practice Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions by 2x Get notified about new Immigration Consultant jobs inLondon Area, United Kingdom .
