Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled UK Immigration Consultant to join their in-bound immigration team.The Role:As a UK Immigration Consultant, you will act as a key point of contact for corporate clients and individual assignees, delivering expert guidance across a range of UK immigration matters. You will manage a diverse caseload independently, with a focus on Sponsor Licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, and other UK in-bound immigration routes.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert UK immigration advice to clients and assignees, such as Sponsor Licence and Skilled Worker visa mattersManage a full caseload independently, ensuring timely and compliant processing of applicationsPrepare, review, and file UK immigration applications across multiple categories, including Spouse, Visit, and Citizenship applicationsLiaise directly with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors as neededMaintain up-to-date records in internal systems and ensure all casework complies with UK immigration regulationsStay informed on changes in immigration law and Home Office policiesSupport colleagues as needed with complex or urgent casesKey Skills & Experience:Proven experience handling UK immigration cases, especially; Sponsor Licence applications; Skilled Worker visas; Spouse and Visit visas; British Citizenship applicationsExcellent communication and client liaison skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyStrong research skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
