Job DescriptionProject Location: West LondonProject Type: CommercialKey Responsibilities:Support the Project Manager in overseeing and supervising site personnel on a busy construction site.Lead by exampleset, monitor, and enforce high standards for safety and quality of work.Take responsibility for health and safety compliance on site.Ensure employees have the necessary training and expertise to work safely and professionally.Manage labour resources efficiently to maintain productivity.Uphold site discipline, report incidents, and take appropriate action when needed.Supervise and train apprentices in accordance with relevant training programs.Utilize the purchasing system to acquire materials in a cost-effective manner.Assist in ensuring systems are successfully handed over to the client.Qualification:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical trade qualification with strong technical understanding of mechanical systems.Ability to manage subcontractors and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.Proactive approach to people management and leadership.
