Job Opportunity: Moulding Technician Location: Gillingham, Kent (ME8) Salary: 18.00 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm Working Hours: Rotating Shifts (Mon - Fri) 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM We are looking for a skilled Moulding Technician with Injection Moulding experience to join our growing team. This is a Temp to Perm role, offering a competitive pay rate of 18.00 per hour , with opportunities for long-term employment. Key Responsibilities: Perform tool changes and ensure machine setups are correct Monitor and adjust injection moulding processes Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure high standards are met Change tubs as needed during production runs Step in to operate other machines if issues arise, ensuring smooth workflow Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or process-related issues Essential Skills & Qualifications: Injection Moulding experience is essential Proven ability to work with precision and attention to detail Experience in tool changes and machine maintenance Ability to perform quality checks and ensure production meets quality standards Must be comfortable working on rotating shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) Flexibility to step in and support in other areas of the production process when needed Why Join Us?
