Floor Layer Pub Refurbishments Location: London & Surrounding Areas Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Salary: 20per hour CIS PAYE option available About the Role We are working with a growing refurbishment contractor specialising in pub renovations across London. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join their team, working on fast-paced pub refurbishment projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Installation of various flooring types including: Vinyl (sheet & tiles) LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) Safety flooring Carpet tiles Laminate and engineered wood (where required) Floor preparation including latex/screeding and subfloor repairs Reading and working from drawings and site plans Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Working efficiently to meet project deadlines Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements Proven experience as a Floor Layer (minimum 3 years preferred) Experience working on commercial refurbishment projects (pubs or hospitality experience desirable) Strong knowledge of floor preparation techniques Own tools and PPE Full UK driving licence essential Application Process: If you would like more information on this position of a Floor Layer , or any other vacancy, please email your current CV through and Charlotte will be in contact with you or contact directly on .
