We're now looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our on-site Estate Team at Beaufort Park, helping to keep the development running smoothly and to a high standard.Where will I be working and what hours?Full time at our Beaufort Park development (NW9 5EN) 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 am until 4 PMWhat's the role about?As a Maintenance Operative, you'll play a vital part in the day-to-day upkeep of the development's communal areas. From carrying out routine checks and minor repairs to supporting cleanliness and safety across the site, your work will help ensure Beaufort Park remains a pleasant place for residents and visitors.This is a hands-on role suited to someone practical, organised and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider estate team.What you'll be doingTaking monthly water and electricity meter readings and submitting them to the Property ManagerCarrying out monthly fire panel and emergency lighting testsCompleting general cleaning and clearing tasks as directedCleaning windows of commercial properties when requiredChanging light bulbs in communal areas, including car parksJet washing hard surfaces, footpaths, podiums and car parksCompleting minor repairs such as doors, walls and light fittingsSupporting the wider team with additional maintenance tasks when neededWhat we're looking forEssential:Full UK driving licenceBasic IT skills, including an understanding of ExcelExperience with drywall and basic decorating tasksAbility to prioritise work and manage tasks effectivelyWillingness and ability to carry out physically demanding workDesirable:Decorating or plasterboard repair experienceExperience with basic lighting maintenanceWhat does RMG have offer you?You'll not only be joining a thriving market leader where you'll benefit from working alongside the best in the industry, you'll also receive a superb package of company benefits including:27 days holiday plus all Bank HolidaysFree Healthcare cashback Plan (re-claiming for things like optical treatment (plus an optical discount voucher) and dental care, physiotherapy and GP Charges plus more!
