Plant Supervisor 33,700 Rainham MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Plant Supervisor to work for a major Waste Management business with a site in Rainham, Essex. Reporting to the Site manager you will work at 42.5 hour week team leading daily operations of road sweeping plant. As a Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Supervising the daily operations of teams operating Road Sweeping plant Ensure shift personnel perform duties efficiently Managing waste flows 7 traffic management systems Prepare & submit monthly reports Other duties as required To be considered for this role you should have: Previous supervisory experience in an operational environment A waste management or industrial background Self-motivation with team leadership experience IOSH or other safety certification Full UK driving licence This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business with huge growth potential.
