As a Machine Operator , youll be responsible for running and monitoring production machinery to ensure output targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met. This is a practical, shop-floor role where attention to detail, teamwork and reliability really matter. Youll be responsible for: Operating and monitoring production machinery Carrying out basic machine set-ups, adjustments and checks Ensuring products meet quality standards Identifying and reporting faults or issues quickly Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area Supporting changeovers and production flow Working closely with team leaders and colleagues to meet daily targets Following all Health & Safety and site procedures Youll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and safely. What youll need To be successful as a Machine Operator , youll bring: Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or machine operating role A strong work ethic and positive, team-focused attitude Good attention to detail and quality awareness Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment Basic mechanical awareness and confidence using machinery A strong commitment to Health & Safety Full training will be provided the right attitude is just as important as experience. Hours & Pay 34,281 per annum 45 hours per week Monday to Friday | 7:00am 5:00pm Permanent roles Location: Marden, Kent Why join?
