Maintenance Supervisor - 60,000 - Northamptonshire Monday to Friday, Days I'm looking to speak with experienced Maintenance Supervisors or senior multi-skilled engineers ready to step up into a leadership role. This is a hands-on position in a busy food manufacturing environment, focused on driving proactive maintenance and reliability improvements. You'll lead a small team of engineers, plan and schedule maintenance work, manage contractors, and be hands-on around 75% of the time. Over time, the balance will naturally move more toward leadership and planning.
