Job DescriptionShift Lead TechnicianLondon - BatterseaPermanent - Continental Shift patternSalary - 48,000 - 50,000 depending on experience, plus private healthcare and flexible benefitsWere looking for a proactive and experienced Shift Lead Technicianto take ownership of service delivery across a key client contract. Youll lead a team of Technicians, ensuring high standards of performance, safety, and customer care. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll balance technical expertise with people management and client engagement.What Youll Be DoingLead and support your team to deliver excellent service across client sites.Manage PPM and reactive maintenance to meet SLAs and KPIs.Provide first-line leadership, performance reviews, and team development.Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and internal procedures.Liaise with clients and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships.Support with fault finding, quoting, and supervising small works and projects.Contribute to financial planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.What Were Looking ForPrevious experience at a senior level, ideally as a Multi-Skilled Technician.Strong background inIndustrial, Commercial & Domestic systems, with experience in PPMs aligned toSFG20 or equivalent.Advancedfault-finding and diagnostic skills.Capable ofsupervising reactive repairs and small projects.Experienced in managingstatutory and mandatory compliance records, including uploading to service systems.Relevant technical qualification or completed industry apprenticeshipis essential.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to safety and quality.Benefits:We're always evolving our benefits to ensure we're attracting and retaining great people.
