Their projects typically consist of a combination of services including Fire Detection, EVC, DTA, Sprinklers, Watermist, Smoke Extract, AOVs, and Gas Suppression.The Person Looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is taking steps towards a rewarding career within the construction industry. The successful candidate shall form a crucial support role to the Sprinkler Installations Team in a rapidly growing fire detection and suppression company. The successful candidate shall gain expert knowledge and training, with fantastic opportunities to grow and develop within the role and beyond. Key AccountabilitiesInstalling and testing Sprinklers in Domestic & Commercial dwellings Installing and testing Dry & Wet RisersAssisting with service call outs and small worksMainly working on High end residential, care homes, offices and car parks throughout the Southeast and LondonTurning up to sites on timeFollowing the project drawingsEnsuring installations are compliant with the associated regulationsFilling in on Pre-planned maintenance visits and the occasional call outBuild healthy working relationships with all clients and colleaguesBuild relationships with all contractors involved within the projectAssist in developing relationships to win new businessAdhere to, and help develop and maintain the Company ISO9001 paperworkSkills Required: Experience with sprinkler installations, good working knowledge of the associated British standards, technically astute, Personal Traits: Honest, accountable, detail-oriented, proactive, friendly, and approachableWork Style: Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, good timekeeping, and strong communicatorCertifications/Training: FIRAS/XACT/Manufacturer qualifications including Blazemaster for installation, commissioning and service.is desirableCareer Goals: Interested in progression within a fast-paced, growing company.Other Requirements: CSCS Card, full clean drivers license, and own vehicle.
