Farm Assistant As a Farm Assistant , you'll play a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of our laying farm, ensuring high-quality hatching eggs with excellent hatchability. Youll support farm management with daily duties such as: Collecting, grading, and sanitising eggs Assisting with site preparation and bird handling Taking blood samples, weighing birds, and maintaining clean drinkers General farm maintenance including grass cutting, weeding, and housekeeping Ensuring strict adherence to biosecurity and health & safety standards What We're Looking For Essential: ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ? Reliability and flexibility in working patterns Desirable: ? Previous experience in agriculture or poultry farming ? Willingness to learn new skills Job Details Contracted Hours: 30 per week Work Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week on a roster basis across 7 days Location: Feeny Farm, Feeney Why Join Us?
