Job Description Electrical Shift LeaderLocation: Spitalfields, Bishopsgate, LondonSalary: Up to 52,000 + extensive overtimeShift Pattern: Continental (Days & Nights) 07:0019:00 / 19:00-07:00My client is a Technical Maintenance Solutions company who are recruiting an Electrical Shift Leader to work on a prestigious landlord services contract in Spitalfields, managing critical building systems on behalf of a Real Estate & Property Management business.This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, technically capable electrical engineer ready to step into a leadership role on a high-profile commercial site.The RoleAs Electrical Shift Leader, you will:Act as the senior electrical engineer on shift, leading day-to-day technical operationsCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across landlord building servicesTake ownership of electrical systems including LV distribution, plant, and associated infrastructureSupervise contractors and ensure all works are completed safely and compliantlyRespond to faults, incidents, and alarms within a critical environmentMaintain accurate records using site systems and permits to workAbout YouWe are looking for candidates who:Hold electrical qualifications (Level 2 considered if technically strong)Have solid experience working within commercial building servicesAre confident fault-finding across electrical and wider M&E systemsCan lead by example on shift and take responsibility for site operationsAre professional, reliable, and safety-focusedHigh Voltage experience is not essential HV training will be provided after 3 months.Whats on OfferSalary up to 52,000Significant overtime available20 shifts holidayFully funded HVAP training and developmentStable, well-run contract managed by a major FM providerCareer progression within the technical business structureWhy this company?My client consistently delivers high-quality engineering services across landmark commercial buildings across the UK & Europe.
