Electrical Shift Leader Location: Spitalfields, Bishopsgate, London Salary: Up to 52,000 + extensive overtime Shift Pattern: Continental (Days & Nights) 07:0019:00 / 19:00-07:00 My client is a Technical Maintenance Solutions company who are recruiting an Electrical Shift Leader to work on a prestigious landlord services contract in Spitalfields, managing critical building systems on behalf of a Real Estate & Property Management business. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, technically capable electrical engineer ready to step into a leadership role on a high-profile commercial site. The Role As Electrical Shift Leader, you will: Act as the senior electrical engineer on shift, leading day-to-day technical operations Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across landlord building services Take ownership of electrical systems including LV distribution, plant, and associated infrastructure Supervise contractors and ensure all works are completed safely and compliantly Respond to faults, incidents, and alarms within a critical environment Maintain accurate records using site systems and permits to work About You We are looking for candidates who: Hold electrical qualifications (Level 2 considered if technically strong) Have solid experience working within commercial building services Are confident fault-finding across electrical and wider M&E systems Can lead by example on shift and take responsibility for site operations Are professional, reliable, and safety-focused High Voltage experience is not essential HV training will be provided after 3 months .
