Bartender

The Ninth is looking for a talented and charismatic bartender to join the team on Charlotte Street. Youll be joining a small, dedicated team where collaboration and passion for hospitality are at the heart of what we do. Were looking for someone who brings solid cocktail knowledge, but more importantly, the right attitude someone whos curious, creative, and excited to contribute their ideas. You'll have the chance to work with seasonal ingredients and be involved in shaping a drinks offering that complements the spirit of our kitchen. The role is hands-on and varied. Alongside making and serving drinks, youll be required to support the bar with barback duties , keeping the bar organised and running smoothly. Youll also be looking after guests directly , taking orders, offering guidance on drinks, and ensuring every guest feels welcome and well cared for. This is a fast-paced environment at times, but one where genuine warmth, teamwork and professionalism shine through. We care deeply about how we serve our guests with confidence, efficiency and charm. A good command of English is essential, as well as good manners and a positive attitude. Previous experience in a similar role is needed; high-end restaurant or bar experience is a bonus. You should be eligible to live and work in the UK.
