Ideally, youll bring an existing network of chefs and client contacts in London and the surrounding area, allowing you to hit the ground running and build business from day one. What Youll Be Doing Running and growing our BOH (Back of House) temp desk Chefs and Kitchen Porters Managing client bookings and building long-lasting relationships Actively sourcing new business through calls, site visits, and networking Resourcing, screening, and onboarding BOH staff at all levels Ensuring full candidate compliance (Right to Work, Health & Safety, training) Occasionally working shifts in client kitchens to support operations Attending regular face-to-face client meetings to maintain rapport and trust Please note:This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday with rotational weekends) based in our London branch.
