Our mission is to redefine casual diningserving exceptional pizza made with great ingredients, seasonal specials, and a touch of culinary innovation. Were looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help bring this concept to life.Position OverviewAs Head Chef, youll oversee all aspects of kitchen operationsfrom food preparation and team leadership to stock management and cost control. Youll be instrumental in shaping our menu, building a high-performing team, and delivering a consistently outstanding dining experience. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about pizza, hospitality, and launching something new.Key ResponsibilitiesMenu Execution & Innovation: Deliver our core menu and develop seasonal specials aligned with culinary trends and customer feedback.Food Preparation & Presentation: Ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, quality, and visual appeal.Kitchen Operations: Manage daily kitchen activities including ordering, inventory, cleanliness, and organisation.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and ensure full compliance with food safety and H&S standards, achieving for a 5 FHR.Cost Control & Efficiency: Monitor food costs, minimise waste, and optimise yield and product costing.Collaboration: Work with management on special events, catering menus, and themed offerings.Customer Engagement: Occasionally interact with guests to gather feedback and promote our values and culture.RequirementsProven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.Strong pizza-making skills and a passion for the craft.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.Solid understanding of food safety and H&S standards.Experience with stock management, supplier coordination, and product costing.Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Familiarity with inventory platforms (e.g., Lightspeed) is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience + TRONCBonus scheme based on KPIs28 days holiday pay per yearFree meal on shiftStaff discounts for you and up to 3 guests when visiting off dutyCareer growth and development opportunitiesHow to ApplyReady to join us?
