Job Description Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East LondonAs a Chef de Partie, you'll run your own section with confidence and consistency, ensuring every dish reflects the standards and character of One Hundred Shoreditch. You'll work closely with our senior chefs, support the development of our commis chefs, and bring passion, precision and personality to everything you do.What You'll Be DoingManaging your section during service with confidence, organisation and attention to detailPreparing and presenting dishes to brand standardsAssisting with menu development and contributing creative ideasEnsuring food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards are upheld at all timesTraining and supporting junior team membersHelping with stock control, ordering and waste reductionWorking collaboratively with the team to deliver smooth, efficient serviceSalary: 35,811 p/a + tronc, plus benefitsThis is an opportunity to make your mark on Shoreditch.
