Its a 90-cover site, does around 50k weekly revenue, and needs someone who can keep standards high, lead from the front and bring the team with them.The roleTheyre after someone whos hands-on, confident on the floor and able to keep service sharp during busy periods. Youll support across operations, guest experience, team development, basic financials and marketing activity.
