We are looking for a Chef De Partie to work across Retail & Hospitality with our amazing team in London. Location: EC2M 3AB Salary: 33,000 - 35,360 per annum depending on experience Working Pattern: between 35- 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday, from 7:00am-14:30pm Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting with all kitchen prep, deliveries and hospitality functions Working in a team full of fantastic people Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes Covering both retail and hospitality areas To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers Work closely with team of 6 to deliver service to around 200 people To understand and comply with statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP Work effectively with all colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer service Making outstanding quality food that is 'picture perfect' every time Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard Our idea Chef De Partie will: Have good knowledge around Food Hygiene & Safety Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships Ideally come from contract catering / restaurant background Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner Passionate about great-tasting food What's in it for you?
