You will play a pivotal role within the Front of House Team providing seamless and professional service to all guests. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming and engaging personality coupled with strong experience within the hospitality industry. Key ResponsibilitiesTo effectively conduct a range of tasks contributing to the day to day running of the restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef. Ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and the delivery of the highest levels of service by the front of house team.Providing effective communication between back of house and front of house to ensure service runs smoothly throughout the day.Ensure the highest levels of service are consistently provided to all customers and guests.Build guest loyalty and be familiar with regulars/VIP guests, providing individual, engaging service at all times.Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external individuals and groups.Be able to adapt style when dealing with all kinds of people in a wide range of situations.Be able to make decisions quickly; sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.Ensure continued awareness and understanding of the industry and local markets.To carry out any other reasonable request by the Restaurant Manager.To ensure the restaurant is presentable and always kept immaculate.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Chef de Rang within a fine dining restaurant or a luxury five-star establishment. Experience in a Michelin star restaurant is desirable.A catering school background is highly preferable .Good wine knowledge (Wines of the world).Excellent command of the English Language both written and verbal.Well-groomed appearance.Proven track record of longevity within roles.What We OfferSalary up to 34,000 depending on experienceOpportunities for career progressionStaff meals and uniform provided
