Job DescriptionCompany: Caprice HoldingsJob Title: Operations Manager, Sexy Fish UK (London & Manchester)Salary: Depending on experience, up to 120,000 yearlyWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee Sexy Fish UK (London & Manchester), an exceptional and established brand part of Caprice Holdings. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in hospitality management, coming from a strong lifestyle brands background, particularly in fine dining settings. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, genuine passion for hospitality with a commitment to maintaining the exceptional service standards that define Caprice Holdings.Sexy Fish was launched in London in October 2015. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio and decorated with artwork from Frank Gehry, Damien Hirst and Michael Roberts, the look and feel are glamourous and opulent. The food takes its inspiration from the seas of Asia, with a focus on Japan. The bar holds the worlds largest Japanese whisky collection at 400 bottles, as well as offering a hard to resist cocktail list.
