Youll be stepping into a delivery-led role where youll be running multiple events end-to-end from venue sourcing and logistics to stakeholder comms and onsite operations. A great opportunity for someone who thrives on getting stuck in and enjoys seeing a project through from brief to delivery.Key responsibilities: Full end-to-end event project management, from venue sourcing to post-event wrap-up Coordinating internal teams, clients, sponsors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery Managing event budgets, timelines and logistics across multiple projects Supporting on delegate experience, speaker logistics and digital content where needed Working closely with commercial teams to help deliver sponsor commitmentsThe ideal candidate will be/have: 3+ years experience in B2B event management essential Comfortable managing multiple timelines and working to tight deadlines A confident communicator with strong organisational skills Calm under pressure and solutions-focused Happy to travel for international projects and flexible with working hoursIf youre ready to step into a role with variety, ownership, and lots of opportunity to grow, wed love to hear from you.#beSAVVY
