Job DescriptionFood & Beverage Manager Private Members' Club West London Salary: 30,00035,000 per annum, depending on experienceContract: Full-time, permanentHours: Includes weekdays and weekendsLocation: West LondonA long-standing, well-respected private members club is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of its bar and casual dining services. This role requires someone with strong leadership, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to warm, efficient hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of casual bar and service staff, ensuring top-tier member and guest experienceSchedule rotas, manage holiday cover, and maintain high staff moraleOversee stock control, supplier relations, and cost management across wet and dry goodsEnsure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health 'safety standardsCoordinate with kitchen providers and internal teams for the smooth delivery of food servicesSupport both internal member-led events and external commercial bookingsMaintain and update the EPOS system, working closely with bookkeeping and admin functionsCollaborate with the General Manager to improve service standards, menu feedback, and commercial performanceIdeal Candidate:Experience in a similar F&B management role within a private club, boutique hotel, or premium hospitality settingOrganised, approachable, and comfortable managing a small team across shifting prioritiesStrong understanding of stock systems, compliance, and service deliveryFlexible and adaptable, with a can-do attitude towards both routine and event-based operationsConfident in liaising with suppliers, members, and external stakeholders
