Real Recruitment are currently supporting our client to recruit a passionate Chef De Partie to join their talented and experienced kitchen team, within their multi-award winning modern, contemporary cuisine restaurant in central London (NW1) on a full time, permanent basis. With full training, you will be expected to work at highest level and capable of working through a busy a la carte service. As part of our team, youll benefit from hands-on training led by our Senior Chefs. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards. Prepare and execute all dishes while maintaining consistency, presentation, and flavour. Adapt to a fast-paced kitchen, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills under pressure What You'll Bring At least 12 month experience within a high-end hospitality venue Eagerness to learn and progress within our team Having previous experience and knowledge of Greek/Mediterranean cuisine would be highly beneficial Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
