Quantity Surveyors - Contract Location: Essex Contract Duration: 9 months (initial, with potential extension ) About the Company Our client is a well-established engineering and project services organisation delivering large-scale infrastructure and asset-focused programmes across regulated and operationally complex environments. They support critical transport and built-environment projects, working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective delivery. Role Overview We are seeking degree-qualified Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 2 years' experience to support high-volume, lower-value works (typically up to 3-4m) within a complex, operational environment. The role will involve end-to-end commercial and contract administration, managing multiple work packages in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy setting. Key Responsibilities Administer NEC contracts from initiation through to close-out. Manage commercial aspects of multiple concurrent work packages. Draft, manage, and run tenders. Support cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts. Work closely with delivery teams and external stakeholders. Experience Required Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Minimum 2 years' relevant experience Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts Experience managing high-volume, lower-value projects Ability to operate effectively within complex stakeholder environments Airport or aviation experience is desirable TPBN1_UKTJ
