Job Description I am partnering with a fast-growing tech company in the logistics / ecommerce space that is expanding its commercial team in London. We are looking for a Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer to act as the subjectmatter expert in the sales cycle, translating complex business problems into practical technical solutions. This person will partner closely with sales, product, and customer stakeholders to drive demos, proofofconcepts, and databacked business cases.Role overview Become an expert on the full product suite and deliver tailored demos to prospects and customers. Lead and run Proofs of Concept and pilots, ensuring technical success and clear evaluation criteria. Analyze customer data to build business cases, quantify impact, and clearly articulate the cost of inaction. Translate customer challenges into clear technical requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design feasible solutions. Act as a technical partner to the commercial team throughout the presales process.Ideal profile 510 years of experience in a combined industry and technology environment (e.g., logistics / ecommerce / supply chain tech, SaaS, platforms). Confident presenting to Clevel stakeholders, able to explain both technical detail and commercial value. Global mindset and cultural awareness to work with international clients and distributed internal teams. Senior enough to own complex presales work independently, but still motivated by handson delivery rather than people management.Compensation & location Competiteive Base salary with a competitive OTE structure. Role is based in London, with a hybrid or officefirst setup depending on candidate preference and experience
