About the role of Quantity Surveyor Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be to work as part of a commercial team from PCSA of a 150m+ Commercial new build project. The project is a recent win and you will be required to manage packages from procurement and tender through to site and final accounting. You role will include, but not limited too: Managing subcontract packages Managing payments to subcontractors Valuations and variations Subcontractor negotiations CVRs The initial project is in City of London and you must be willing to work on site 5 days per week. Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor: The company are looking for a candidate with experience working with another main contractor managing packages under JCT contract. Someone who is capable of working as part of a team and also manage their work independently. You will have a construction related degree and experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. You must be willing to work 5 days per week from site/office locations.
