Maintenance Engineer Mayfair, London 36,000 - 38,000 We are currently on the search for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our client on their growing Commercial contract in Mayfair, in the West End of London. You will be joining a privately owned Building Service Provider covering PPM and reactive maintenance across 5 high end commercial properties all within walking distance of Mayfair. Working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, this is a great opportunity for an experienced building services engineer to join a maintenance team. Duties: PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks Legionella awareness AHUs / FCUs Plant room checks Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms Fabric works General maintenance duties Requirements: Prior experience within Commercial Maintenance (At least 3+ years) Client facing Positive attitude Benefits + Salary: 36,000 - 38,000 per annum Monday - Fridaay, 8AM - 5PM 25 days holiday entitlement + Bank holidays Company pension Overtime readily available Internal progression Join a growing Privately owned company Posted by Lee Hamilton TPBN1_UKTJ
