Head of FP&A

A listed multi-site consumer business is looking to recruit a Head of FP&A to joins its leadership team.This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation’s financial planning, performance analysis, and commercial insight. Acting as a strategic partner to the Executive team, this role drives informed decision-making through high-quality analysis, robust forecasting, and forward-looking insights.Main duties include:Lead the FP&A and Business Partnering teamsPartner closely with the Executive team and senior leadership to interpret financial results, challenge assumptions, and provide actionable insightsEnsure business partners effectively support stakeholders in driving performance and identifying opportunities for value creationOwn the end-to-end planning cycle, including annual budgeting, regular forecasting, and long-term strategic planningLead the development and continuous improvement of planning processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and insightProvide clear, concise commentary on financial performance, including key risks, opportunities, and emerging trendsDeliver in-depth analysis of financial results and key performance indicators, translating data into meaningful business insightsLead ad hoc analysis and financial modelling to inform major business decisionsServe as a key stakeholder at Investment Board level, ensuring robust financial and commercial governance in decision-makingAct as a trusted advisor to the Executive team, supporting key operational, commercial, and strategic initiativesYou will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a senior FP&A role.
