It is a strategic, commercially important leadership position with real influence across the business. The Chief Product Officer will lead the global product strategy and product creation engine, ensuring the brand continues to deliver distinctive, high-quality product while building the foundations to scale internationally.Working closely with the CEO and wider leadership team, you will play a central role in defining how the brand wins through product over the next three to five years.The opportunity For the right person, this is a chance to do more than lead a function.You will define the long-term product vision, strengthen category and assortment strategy, elevate product creation processes and build a world-class team capable of supporting a more complex global business. You will balance brand integrity, customer demand, innovation and commercial performance, helping the business scale without losing what makes the product special.It is an exciting opportunity for a senior product leader who thrives in brand-led, pacey environments and wants to leave a genuine legacy.What you’ll be doingOwn and shape the global product vision and strategyTranslate growth ambitions into a clear product roadmap across categories and seasonsLead category strategy, line planning and assortment architectureOversee the end-to-end product creation process from concept through to launchDrive excellence across design, development, fit, fabric, quality and performanceImprove pace, clarity and accountability across the product lifecyclePartner cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, merchandising, planning and ecommerce teamsUse customer, market and trade insight to inform better product decisionsBuild and lead a high-performing product organisation for the next stage of scaleAct as a key voice on the leadership team, contributing beyond the product functionWhat success looks like In the first 12 to 24 months, success is likely to include:A clearer and more scalable product visionStronger category architecture and line planning disciplineGreater consistency and quality across the product offerBetter decision-making on where to innovate, scale and simplifyA stronger operating model across product creationCloser alignment between product strategy and commercial performanceA more capable senior team and stronger product benchProduct that continues to build brand authority and support international growthAbout you We’re looking for a high-calibre product leader with experience in scaled, premium, global, brand-led consumer businesses.You will bring:Executive or near-executive product leadership experience within a consumer brandDeep expertise across product strategy, category management, line architecture and end-to-end product creationStrong commercial instinct and the ability to connect product decisions to growth, margin and customer demandExperience in premium, design-led environments with high standards around product quality and brand integrityA track record of building and leading senior teams through scale and changeThe credibility to work effectively with founders, creatives and commercial leadersStrong product instinct, customer empathy and clear judgementAn international mindset, ideally with exposure to the US marketPersonal style You are likely to be:Strategic but hands-onCommercially sharpCalm, credible and influentialClear-thinking and high standardsComfortable in founder-led, fast-moving environmentsAble to bring structure without creating unnecessary complexityAmbitious, collaborative and grounded in executionWhy this role?
