MEP Director

Your new company A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Director to lead and grow its Building Services capability from its London office. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established Associate Director or Director looking to take ownership of a building services function within a respected consultancy operating at the forefront of the UK development and construction market. Your new role You will play a key role in shaping and leading the Building Services arm, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality technical and commercial outcomes. The role offers significant autonomy, influence, and a genuine platform to help drive business growth. The consultancy works closely with developers, investors, and design teams on complex schemes, offering a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Key Projects & Sectors Projects include a diverse portfolio of high-profile developments such as: Large-scale mixed-use regeneration schemes Residential-led developments, including high-end and build-to-rent Commercial office new build and refurbishment projects Retail, logistics, and urban masterplanning schemes Early-stage feasibility, energy strategy, and concept design, through to delivery and handover What you'll need to succeed Provide senior leadership and technical direction across all MEP disciplines Lead major projects and act as the primary client point of contact Support business development, bidding, and client relationship management Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of engineers and associates Influence strategy and contribute to the wider leadership group Ensure commercial performance and project delivery standards are met What you'll get in return Salary circa 110,000 Highly competitive bonus structure Senior-level benefits package Clear scope to shape and grow a building services team Long-term progression within a highly regarded consultancy This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior Building Services professional seeking a visible, influential leadership role within a consultancy recognised for quality, innovation, and long-term client partnerships.
