Assessor & IQA with Fire Risk Assessment Passive Fire Protection Fire Door Inspection Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality assessment and internal quality assurance, ensuring learners receive clear, constructive feedback while maintaining awarding body standards. This is a varied and rewarding role combining assessment, quality assurance, mentoring, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Support and tutor learners, marking assessments and providing clear, constructive, and actionable (SMART) feedback Track learner progress in line with FPA and IQA requirements Deliver guidance on assessment processes (online and classroom-based) Conduct Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), ensuring consistency, validity, and compliance with awarding body standards Mentor and support assessors, promoting best practice and standardisation Manage your caseload effectively, meeting deadlines and quality expectations Contribute to the development and improvement of assessment materials Identify and address plagiarism or malpractice concerns Collaborate with internal teams and technical specialists to enhance assessment quality Qualifications & Experience Essential Knowledge or experience in Fire Doors Passive Fire Protection Level 4 qualification in Teaching and Learning TPBN1_UKTJ
