This role is responsible for supervising the installation of domestic heating and hot water systems while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client KPIs and quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity for a Gas Safe qualified professional with supervisory experience looking to progress within a well-established organisation delivering services across residential properties.Gas Supervisor RoleAs a Domestic Heating Installation Gas Supervisor, you will oversee a team of engineers delivering installation works across domestic properties, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.Gas Supervisor Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of Heating Installation Engineers carrying out domestic heating and hot water system installationsAllocate and issue daily work schedulesOversee associated electrical and building works where requiredPrepare equipment packs for daily installation worksEnsure all job sheets, daily logs, and weekly timesheets are completed accuratelyBook and manage appointments for design surveys and installationsConduct quality control inspections and resident satisfaction surveysMaintain accurate records and update internal systems and databasesEnsure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations and safe systems of workLiaise with internal teams, clients, and residents to ensure a high level of service deliveryMonitor performance against KPIs, service levels, and project deadlinesProvide technical guidance and support to engineersDeliver training, supervision, and toolbox talks where requiredMaintain company vehicles and report any faults or maintenance issuesGas Supervisor Working Hours:Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm.
