Job Description A well-established early years nursery in Hendon is looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step into a leadership role while continuing to deliver high-quality childcare and early education.The nursery offers a spacious and well-resourced environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn through play, and develop in a safe, nurturing setting.The Role Deputy Room LeaderAs a Deputy Room Leader, you will support the Room Leader with the daily running of the nursery room, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding.
