Operating Model Consultant Location: London (hybrid - 2 days a week onsite) Salary: 50,000-100,000 dependant on experience The opportunity Exalto Consulting is working with a growing IT and Digital Transformation consultancy that helps large organisations modernise how their IT, Digital, and Change functions operate. This role focuses on supporting product-led transformation, helping organisations design operating models that are aligned to customer needs and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes. The role As an Operating Model Consultant , you will work alongside experienced consultants on client engagements, supporting the design and implementation of modern, product-aligned operating models. You'll combine analytical thinking with practical delivery, helping clients understand their current state and move towards more effective, empowered ways of working. Key responsibilities Design product-aligned operating models and organisation structures Apply agile principles to support iterative delivery Assess current-state maturity and support transition planning Support mobilisation activities, including leadership and team workshops Work with HR, Communications, Finance, and Change teams to support adoption Design and facilitate workshops with client teams Contribute to the development of consulting tools and methods Clearly explain product and agile principles to a range of stakeholders What we're looking for Experience in operating model design, organisation design, transition planning, or business analysis Experience working in agile environments, ideally product-aligned Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills A consultative, pragmatic approach At least three years' relevant experience in consulting or in-house roles Personal attributes Clear, confident communicator People-focused and culturally aware Pragmatic and adaptable Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Committed to high-quality outcomes TPBN1_UKTJ
