Job Description M&E Technical Services/Project ManagerLocation: Central LondonProject: Large-Scale Commercial DevelopmentDuration: 12 months+Rate: DOE | Outside IR35Client: Leading Design & Build FirmWe're working with a well-established Design & Build consultancy delivering a major Commercial project in Central London, and theyre looking to bring on a M&E Technical Services Manager to oversee the coordination, quality, and delivery of all Mechanical & Electrical packages across the site.Key Responsibilities:Oversee M&E works from design through to completion on a fast-paced retail schemeLiaise between internal design teams, subcontractors, and client-side stakeholdersEnsure compliance with specifications, programme, and health 'safety standardsManage services coordination and monitor technical qualityAttend site/project meetings, and track progress against milestonesRequired Experience:Proven experience as an M&E Technical Services Manager or MEP ManagerRetail or commercial sector background preferredStrong knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems in D&B environmentsAble to take ownership of packages and drive delivery on-siteExcellent coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsIf you are a highly skilled M&E Technical Services/Project Manager and you are looking for an exciting opportunity within a reputable organisation, please click and apply with CV.
