Job Description A growing South London practice specialising in large-scale residential, workplace and commercial developments seeks an experienced Associate to join their expanding team. With fantastic growth plans for 2026, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to landmark projects and help shape an upward-trajectory practice.Key Responsibilities:Lead multi-residential and workplace projects through all RIBA stages, managing teams and maintaining design quality, programme and budgetAct as primary client contact, building relationships and managing expectationsLead design development on new commissions and competitionsCoordinate consultant teams and resolve technical challengesSupport business development and contribute to practice strategyMentor junior staff and represent the practice at client meetings and industry eventsEssential Requirements:RIBA Part III qualified and ARB registered8-10+ years post-qualification experience leading multi-residential/workplace projectsProven track record managing 5m-50m+ projects across all RIBA stagesStrong design sensibility balanced with commercial awarenessExcellent technical delivery skills and construction knowledgeRevit proficiency; BIM workflow experience advantageousConfident client-facing and presentation skillsTeam management and mentoring experienceBenefits: Performance bonus | Flexible/hybrid working | Annual team trip abroad | Monthly team lunches | Dog-friendly office | Collaborative studio culture
