We're looking for a dedicated individual who excels in customer relations, communication, and problem-solving to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to help customers. As Sales and Service Coordinator at Ecofficiency , you will be working with customers to process incoming enquiries by phone or email, whilst delivering an excellent service. Establishing strong relationships with customers and supply chain partners to book in customer orders. Ensuring that the day to day runs smoothly through organisation and prioritisation of your workload while managing ad-hoc queries and using problem solving skills to create good outcomes today and even better outcomes in the future. As part of a small team, you will be in a fast-paced environment so you will need to enjoy working as part of a group while also being able to take responsibility for your own workload and build up relationships with your customers. You will need to be willing to take ownership of customer complaints or queries ensuring they are investigated and resolved promptly. Its important that you work well under pressure and have a good attention to detail, as you will raise quotations for products and services in accordance with the notified Key Performance Indicators and the customers Service Level Agreements. Additional information: Working hours are 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm with half an hour for lunch & 2x 15 Minute breaks. You will work full-time in the Doncaster office, so will need to live within a reasonable distance to travel to DN9 3GA. Please note: This is an office based role with some hybrid working available after probation What we need from you Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Strong organisational skills and time management you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment accurately, with good attention to detail, so that your customers always get a high-quality service. Responds well to pressure, with the ability to work to deadlines. Be able to negotiate and identify business opportunities. Enthusiastic, driven and determined. Confident with Microsoft Office programmes. You must have: Delivered outstanding Customer Services in a previous role The ability to work on your own and manage your time whilst being an effective team member.
