What Youll Be Doing Supporting the delivery and objectives of the Shaftesbury business plan and strategy through the quality framework and strategy. Ensuring standards within services meet the people we support, organisation and regulatory requirements. Ensure we are operating, within services placing authority contract, to ensure delivery of provision, which meets both the standard expected and the requirement of support needed. What Were Looking For We welcome applications from individuals who: Level 5 diploma or professional qualification in related field. Completion of all social care mandatory training or willing to complete. Evidence of continued professional development and personal development. In depth understanding of the social care sector. In depth understanding of quality systems suitable for a care or support organisation. In depth understanding of the social model of disability, person centred support and co-production. Experience of working within a service audited by CQC, RQIA, CIW and or OFSTED.
