Job DescriptionProject Coordinator (French speaking ) Project Coordinator - Experiential Agency - London/Hybrid - 32,000 Profiles Creative are excited to be partnering with a leading experiential agency known for delivering world-class brand experiences, immersive activations, and global campaigns.We're looking for a French-speaking Project Coordinator; a passionate, proactive organiser who loves bringing creative ideas to life and keeping every moving part perfectly in sync. Working alongside a talented Senior Producer, youll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of global projects across live events, brand activations, and digital experiences. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone eager to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.The Role: Supporting producers with project administration agendas, contact reports, diaries, and client commsAssisting with budgets and reporting under Senior Producer guidanceCoordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and international partners to keep projects on trackManaging project documentation schedules, storage lists, meeting notes, logisticsHandling deliveries, couriers, travel, and venue bookingsProviding on-site support during live activations and eventsMaintaining project management systems expenses, timesheets, and budget trackingSupporting client presentations and internal updatesWhat Youll Bring: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)Strong communication and multitasking skillsExcellent time management and organisationA proactive, flexible attitude and love for teamworkAttention to detail and a passion for creative deliveryAn understanding of design, production, and experiential workflowsProficient in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and cloud-based toolsConfident learning new project management and reporting systemsThis role would suit a candidate with events experience/exposure that speaks french and english fluently. You'll ideally have some project or account management skills in an agency environment, to understand this style of working.
