Job DescriptionHead of Modern Workplace Location: 2-3 days a week in Leeds or LondonWe are currently partnered with a global client seeking an experienced M365 Product Owner to manage and optimize their M365 platform, ensuring it delivers business value and meets user needs. You will lead the integration of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools, drive user adoption, and ensure security and compliance across services. Youll manage a team of 14 individuals, develop product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesLead M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform) and integrate AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.Develop and maintain M365 roadmap, aligning with business goals and incorporating new technologies.Manage a team, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.Oversee security, compliance, and cost management of M365 services.Collaborate with stakeholders and drive platform improvementsSkills & ExperienceProven M365 experience (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform).Expertise in integrating AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.Strong leadership, product management, and Agile methodology experience.Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in M365.Ability to communicate technical details to diverse audiences.What's in it for you:Chance to have a real impact, shape a function and make it your ownLead on implementation of cutting edge tech (such as Copilot)Be a part of an ongoing large scale business transformation
