You will also ensure the estate supports the organisations business objectives, maximises asset value, and delivers cost-effective property solutions both for the people we support and colleagues.nYour main responsibilities will include:nnnStrategic Leadership: Shaping and delivering a long-term property strategy aligned with Turning Points goals. Advising senior leaders and driving innovation to support operational and financial performance.nnnPortfolio Management: Leading property acquisitions, leases, disposals, and renewals. Ensuring effective space planning and strong landlord/tenant relationships.nnnFacilities & Asset Management: Maintaining safe, compliant, and well-managed buildings. Promoting sustainability and management of maintenance programmes and property data.nnnCapital Projects: Overseeing the development and refurbishment projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of high-quality environments.nnnFinancial & Risk Management: Managing property budgets, ensuring value for money, and mitigating risks through robust data and controls.nnnCompliance & Governance: Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting strategic property alignment.nnnTeam Leadership: Inspiring and leading the property team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.nnnThe ideal candidatenWe are looking for a Head of Property with strategic property expertise and a proven ability to develop effective property strategies across diverse business areas and product portfolios.
