Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)Hours: Full-time, Monday–FridayLocation: St Albans (occasional visits to Park Royal)Temporary if successful you will be working out of Park Royal, until our new St Albans - Head Quarters is operational.About UsWe’re Glo Audio Visual, a fast-growing company delivering high-end lighting, audio-visual, and smart-home systems across London and the South East.We’re opening a new St Albans HQ in January — a modern, client-friendly workspace and retail space where our team can plan projects, and showcase our work, meet our clients.We’ll also continue using our Park Royal site for logistics and storage.We’re looking for an organised, proactive Office & Systems Coordinator to keep both sites running smoothly and support our engineers, project managers, and leadership team.What You’ll DoKeep the St Albans office and workshop organised, tidy, and ready for visitors.Manage deliveries, goods-in/out, and supplier coordination.Maintain accurate stock records for both St Albans and Park Royal.Carry out quarterly stock takes at both locations and report variances.Track and record engineer assets (tools, test equipment, laptops, etc.).Coordinate van checks, servicing, and MOT schedules.Update and maintain our in-house software, ensuring deliveries, assets, and stock levels are accurate.Work with the Project Managers, and Installation Managers to prepare materials and ensure projects are properly supported.Help improve our internal systems by feeding back ideas and testing new features.Organise cleaners, maintenance visits, and supplies to keep the space running like clockwork.About YouExceptionally organised and detail-driven.Tech-comfortable – confident using new software, spreadsheets, and online tools.Communicates clearly and works well with engineers, project managers, installation managers and suppliers.Proud of maintaining a smart, professional workspace.Understands stock, logistics, or workshop environments (AV, electrical, or construction experience a plus).Reliable, proactive, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.Why Join UsPlay a key part in shaping our new St Albans HQ.Work in a supportive, hands-on team that values organisation and teamwork.Competitive salary £30–36K with scope to grow.Long-term opportunity to grow your carear as we continue to expand our projects and systems.Location: St Albans (main base) with quarterly visits to Park RoyalSalary: £30,000–£36,000 depending on experienceHours: Monday–Friday, full-timeHow to Apply:If you love organisation, enjoy working with technology, and want to be part of a growing AV business, apply here on LinkedIn
