Join Our Team: Were seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major capital projects and initiatives across the hospital estate. This is a high-impact, permanent role offering the opportunity to drive transformation and deliver meaningful change for patients, staff, and communities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of major capital projects aligned to the hospitals masterplan - Develop and maintain programme documentation including business cases, risk registers, and benefits frameworks - Manage stakeholder engagement across clinical, operational, and external partners - Chair project boards and working groups, ensuring governance and accountability - Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure delivery to scope and quality - Capture lessons learned and embed continuous improvement across the programme Ideal Candidate: - Degree-level education with PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification - Proven experience in leading complex capital projects within healthcare or public sector settings - Skilled communicator with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and present to senior audiences - Strong planning, budgeting, and analytical skills - Collaborative leader with a commitment to excellence, inclusion, and service improvement Recruitment Timetable: Closing date for applications: Friday 24th October 2025 12 noon Contact Us: For more information and a detailed job description, please contact John Lavictoire, Director at Seymour John Public Services.
